    • To attend appointments on time

    • To give us plenty of notice of any cancellations (someone else may be grateful for that appointment)

    • Do not ask for information about anyone else other than yourself

    • Only request an Urgent appointment if absolutely necessary

    • Allow sufficient time for Consultant letters and test results to reach us

    • To allow 2 working days for the collection of repeat prescriptions

    • To let us know whenever you feel we may not have met our responsibilty to you
